Aaron Danish
Founder & CEO
Founder & CEO of Danish Equity Partners, specializing in cash-flowing real estate across property classes. Starting his career as a maintenance technician, he worked his way through bookkeeping, property and asset management, portfolio oversight, and acquisitions before launching DEP. A Certified Property Manager (CPM) with IREM, Aaron holds a degree from Michigan State University and is pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate at NYU. His hands-on experience and investment expertise drive DEP’s focus on creating long-term value for investors.
Anthony Minchillo
Analyst
Investment Analyst at Danish Equity Partners with experience in acquisitions and evaluating opportunities across residential and commercial real estate. He holds a BA in Finance from the University of Arkansas and is pursuing an MS in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investments at NYU.
