Our founder, Aaron, began his journey in property management — learning the ins and outs of real estate from the ground up. That early experience evolved into flipping houses, acquiring multifamily properties, and ultimately building a diversified investment portfolio.

 

What started with our own capital soon grew into something larger — a disciplined, data-driven investment firm focused on allocating capital into inefficient markets where others overlook opportunity. By leveraging firsthand experience and deep market insight, we identify undervalued assets and unlock their potential for long-term value creation.
